Team 1 Week 8

On Sunday, I went to the school Gala.  It was very fun.  There was performances chips and here was a giant slide!!  It was a bit scary at the first time but when I had my second slide It wasn't so scary than before.  There was also a thing called Boot Camp .  Most people says that Boot Camp is fun but I was not so interested in Boot Camp so I didn't do the Boot Camping.  In the school Gala I bought chips with tomato sauce.  It was very yummy!!  I had lots of fun at the school Gala but I had to go to church because every Sunday I go to a church.  That's because I belive God that's in heven.

Term 1 week 7

This week in my writing group,we started the hundred word challenge.  We will do the hundred word challenge every week.  Yesterday was our first day doing the hundred word challenge.  So yesterday we just talked about it.  In the hundred word challenge we had to write a story with hundred words in it.  We were not allowed to write more or less words than hundred.  It might be a bit tricky because in the end of my sentence it might end with more than hundred words or less than hundred words.

Term 1 Week 6

This week my class did writing.  There was two groups.  The two groups were the Awesome Authors and the writing recounts group.  I was in the writing recounts group. The recount groups teacher was Mrs.meilvile.  The writing recounts group splited up in groups.  The groups names were The details group, the paragraph  group.  After foundation sciles we do writing.  

African Praise Poem

I have been learning to write an African praise poem.  I found this piece of work tricky because I never compared myself to an animal.  The best part was when I wrote about the weather.  My next step is to use more alliteration, creative descriptions and imagery to describe myself.

Term 1 Week 5

On Monday my class started the Blue Whale challenge.  First we went in groups of two.  I went with Ridwwan.  First we drew a cartoon  whale.  Then we drew a real listic  whale.  It was fun drawing a blue whale.
