Multiplication



I was learning to split numbers to solve math problems.
The tricky part was when I was spliting the numbers.
The easy part was when I was doing task 1.
Next I would like to learn more about spliting numbers.

Making a popplet was easy.
I enjoyed writing in a popplet.
Next I would like to learn more about speeches.

Kaitiaki art

My Reflection
My Kaitiaki art is Tane mahuta  I used cool text to write some adjectives about my god.
I enjoyed the part when I was on cool text because the words that were in fire got my attention.

Matariki

Last week the whole school did a Matariki rotation.
We did it at school.  We did it because it was Matariki.


First we got a number from 1 to 20.
My number was 13.

My groups first rotation was playing Matariki midnight.
In the game you start of with a number and if you run around and grab a poi from the middle of a circle you become a twilight and if you win again you become a starlight and then if you win again you become a Matariki midnight. If you win again you win the game.

Then my group went to room 7 to  make flowers.  We used paper to make our flower.

After that my group went to room 11 and made stars.  We made our stars out of paper.

Overall I thought it was going to be boring but it was fun.
My favourite part was when I was playing Matariki midnight.
I'm look forwards to do it again.

Recount

Last week, room 28 went to te tohi art centre.  We went there to make vertical gardens.  First we drew some lines with vivid.  Then we cut around the vivid and and we did some decorating on our bottle.
Then we put the things we need in our bottle.  Then we put our plants in our bottle.  It was fun making vertical gardens and I hope I make more in the future.
